They are made in Italy and have been patterned after the same design of the old surplus Swiss Army blankets, as such these exceptionally crafted and tightly woven with soft to the touch wool. At 64 inches wide by 82 inches long these blankets weigh around 4 1/2 pounds. Making them a great medium weight blanket to use as an additional layer on your bed, cot, sleeping bag, or bed roll.
