Chunky Potato Soup Mix

Chunky Potato Soup Mix is a delicious and nutritious alternative to common potato soups. This mix features a variety of garden vegetables in a base made with real whole milk, sweet cream buttermilk and potatoes. This potato soup mix has neither meat nor meat broth added which makes it perfect for those on a vegatarian diet. Try adding browned, ground beef or drained canned tuna to make a one-pot meal. Sold in ½ pound packages (about 1 ½ cups dry mix.) RECIPE- 2 ½ cups Water, ½ cup Chunky Potato soup mix. Pour the soup mix into the water and let set for 5 minutes. Bring mix to boil while stirring frequently. Simmer for 10 minutes, remove from heat and cover to let steam for 5 minutes. Add sodium-free seasoning, or salt and pepper to taste.
