Folding Trivet

Here is a handy item to use for any campfire or fireplace cooking. This folding trivet can be used next to the fire to rake hot coals underneath. This gives your greater control and versatility for cooking while out in the field or camping. The trivet is designed to fold down for carrying or stowing away when not in use. It is made out of 3/8 inch square stock and has two decorative twists in the rear legs. It measures approximately 15 inches long and 5 inches tall, and expands from a distance of 4 inches wide for small kettles to 13 inches wide to accommodate larger pots and pans. When stowed away the trivet folds down to 1 1/2 inches wide.
