All horns are air tight and water tight to keep your powder dry on those long and
possibly damp hunts.
FIRE PISTON
Our Fire Pistons are hand crafted from exotic Coco Bolo wood, which is a very hard wood. With a simple push, tinder placed in the end of the piston's push rod is ignited by heat of compression, instantly becoming a glowing ember. Can use any dry natural material as tinder, such as timber fungus, mullen or milkweed down. You can also use char cloth or char punk wood as your tinder. Our pistons come with the guarantee of repair or replacement of a fire piston that fails to perform for any reason.
