| Remember, many of the items we offer for sale are Handmade one at a time by either Allen or Colleen. Although we try to keep things in stock, when we go to shows, we do get behind on some of the orders. We ask that you please be patient with us and order early if possible so we have time to complete your order. Thank you for your understanding. |
1. Shipping- Orders are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) or US Postal
Service whichever is cheapest and fastest. We must have proper name, address
(street, house or apt.#) city, state and zip code. UPS will not deliver to a P.O.
Box Number. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of your
order. Occasionally we are out of town which will increase shipping times.
2. Ordering- You can either call, write, fax or E-mail your order to us. If you are
calling your order in the number is 1-888-498-3466 or Fax your order to 1-660-
291-4842. Our regular hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through
Saturday, Central Standard Time. When calling please use your Visa or
MasterCard. Please do not leave your order on the answering machine, leave
your number and we will return your call.
3. Terms- Payment can be made by personal check, money order, bank draft,
Master Card or Visa, if you have a rush order. We usually hold orders until
personal checks clear our bank. We do not accept C.O.D.’s
4. Back Order Policy- All items are found in this catalog are usually in stock at all
times. However, sometimes we will be out of stock. We follow this rule for back
orders; if the item that is out of stock at the time of your order is expected to be in
stock within two or three weeks, we will back order and send the item as soon as
it becomes available. If the item is not expected to be re-stocked for a length
longer than four weeks, your money will be refunded.
5. Satisfaction- The items found in this catalog are all top quality trade goods, the
best that can be found and made. If for some reason you are unhappy with the
items you have received and wish to return them, you must call for approval before
sending the items back. This must be done before 15 days after receipt of your
order.
