Our Quill work is hand done by Colleen who has been doing quill work for over
20 years. Each piece is hand crafted one at a time. Most of the work is based
on Delaware, Mohawk and Huron styles done on walnut dyed brain tan
deerskin which Colleen also prepares during the winter.
Some examples are posted here with some items available listed below them.

Due to past problems with her heath, Colleen is extremely busy attempting to
catch up on quill work orders placed in the past. Some people have been
waiting over two years for their orders to be completed. She is currently not
taking any orders at this time. Thanks for your patience.

EXTRA SMALL BAG

This is a very small quilled bag worn about the neck. Many people use them for a "medicine bag". It measures 2 1/4 inches by 1 and 3/4 inches. Made of walnut dyed brain tan buckskin with edge beading in size 8 beads and a tin cone with deer hair. Quilled with a turtle design.

GAGE D'AMOUR

Gage D'Amour or "Token of Love" worn about the neck holding your favorite tobacco and pipe. This style is made of walnut dyed brain tan deerskin with a thistle design in Porcupine Quillwork and edge beaded with size 8 seed beads. It measures 5 inches in length and 3 3/4 inches wide and comes with a white and brown marbled clay pipe.
